Aurora Enriching Lives, Enriching Communities provides residential and day services for adults with intellectual disabilities and has recently completed transition from a congregated setting to community-based supports. Aurora has a highly trained and dedicated staff of more than 300 health-care professionals catering to the needs of over 80 adults.

Aurora has been a national leader in the de-congregation process with full-service reconfiguration to a Supported Self-Directed Living model. Aurora’s vision is to develop this service further and to be the national centre of excellence and an ‘employer of choice’ within the sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the implementation of the Personal Plan Framework across Aurora during night time as a continuum of the People supported daily needs.

We are looking for candidates who are committed to supporting people with disabilities to ‘live their best lives’ in a person-centred, community-based, socially-inclusive manner in accordance with our core values, national standards and underpinned by quality, best practice and research.

This is an exciting and fulfilling opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic candidate who will have overall responsibility for oversight and governance of the Aurora service at night.
